I am passionate about guiding organizations through complex technology transformation.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across complex technology environments where modernization requires more than introducing new systems. Real progress happens when technology strategy, governance, operational readiness, and leadership alignment move together.

Most recently, I served as Statewide Chief Information Officer for the Nebraska Judicial Branch, overseeing enterprise technology operations supporting more than 200 locations across Nebraska. That experience reinforced an important lesson. Modernization succeeds when organizations prepare the foundation before the change begins.

Earlier in my career, while serving as Global Head of Technology, I worked with organizations operating across multiple countries and large geographic footprints. Despite differences in industry, scale, and region, the pattern was consistently the same. Successful modernization depended on preparation, leadership alignment, and a clear technology strategy.

Payatech Consulting was built on that belief. Through Payatech, I help organizations strengthen the conditions that allow technology transformation to succeed through governance, procurement strategy, modernization readiness, and long term operational sustainability.
