Over the course of my career, I have worked across complex technology environments where modernization depends on more than new systems. Real progress happens when strategy, governance, operational readiness, and leadership alignment move together.

As Statewide Chief Information Officer for the Nebraska Judicial Branch, I led enterprise technology operations across more than 200 locations. That experience reinforced a consistent lesson: successful transformation starts with preparing the foundation before major change begins.

Earlier, as Global Head of Technology, I worked across multi-country environments where the same pattern held true. Organizations that align leadership, define strategy, and prepare operationally are the ones that execute successfully.

Payatech Consulting was built on that principle, helping organizations strengthen governance, procurement strategy, and modernization readiness to support long-term, sustainable transformation.
